MAINTENANCE – Due to the high carbon content of the Chinese cleaver, in order to avoid rust, please keep the cleaver knife blade away from acidic, alkaline, or corrosive substances, etc. And make sure to clean the cleaver on a regular basis. After each use, be sure to rinse it with water and wipe off the water stains subsequently with a cotton cloth; please apply a layer of cooking oil to the blade for added effect. Store the knife in a dry place when not using it for a long time.
